Autogk - Audio Playback error

Hello,

I used beta Autogk 1.16b to encode, I used the following settings:

Audio Track: English AC3 6ch
Predefined size: 1/6 DVDR (746 MB)
Advanced Settings:
.....Auto Width
.....Auto (AC3/Vbr Mp3)
.....Codec Divx5

After encoding, when I play the file, MediaPlayer asked to download codecs from the net, but it fails and it plays with no sound..

Divx Player also does the same thing,
What am I doing wrong?
