DVD->xvid tools besides GK, autoGK?

This question was probably asked a million times before:
What are the popular tools to do DVD->xvid conversion?
Or could you point me to a FAQ with these tools listed?

If you haven't found it, here's Doom9's XviD FAQ (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16935). There's a link in that document to Crusty's FAQ which could keep you busy for an entire afternoon. I don't encode with XviD, so I can't help you out in the search for additional tools, but another tried and true method would be to lean on the "Search" button.
