avi missing last few minutes

Got a movie in two seperate avi's,

I load cd1 and it converts to svcd fine but when I play to the end before burning it seems to finish a few mins before the actual avi does. So when I play it on dvd player theres a gap where the first cd should end and the second starts.

Any ideas

It can be from couple reasons:

1: Low quality CD, too fast burned. And playback stops by serious error

2: AVI has bad frames, and transcoding program stopped at that point, or just produced garbage

You should sheck mpg file on your computer to see is it OK. Then you will know...
