AC3 Volume is very low

I have encoded my film as described in Stereo to AC3.

Made some tests and changes according to good people advice.

The problem is the Encoded audio is too low.

Any help

Read the AC3 FAQ (linked in my sig) there are several playback filters that will allow you to increase the volume, or use DRC.

Got some nice results the AC3 filter works very nice

BTW can't get good results using nuendo
