read problem

hi guys,i have a problem copying dvds i was useing dvdxcopy for about 2 weeks every thing was copying ok now i get a read error at 93% ive tried 2 other programs dvd shrink etc i get the same results ive formatted the computer but still the same read errors ive also tried the disc in the dvd rom and the writer but still the same read error
