I am trying to extract bits and pieces of a dvd and create avi and wav files that I can import into premiere. What I do is I just rip one chapter with dvd decripter. I then put this .vob into virtualdub-mpg and save the resulting avi file and also save the wav file associated with this .vobs ac3 file. My question is do I need to be concerned about the delay or will virtualdub-mpg correct the delay if there is any. Also is there a way to determine the delay of this .vob file chapter. Any suggestions or comments??????
