inserting chapters

is there a simple way to insert chapters onto 1 long homemade vob?

i stress the word SIMPLE as i am new to all this.

IMHO the simplest way is to import the vob in DVD-lab, preview the video and add chapter points.
If you want to add chapters with frame accuracy you have to reauthor forcing I-frames (I use TMPGEnc).
