I am authoring with DVD Lab and my video jerks and my audio skips. The audio skips even on menus, which makes me believe that this is not an Upper/lower field problem. (I have tried both upper and then lower field first in the encoding process) Both with jerky video, lower field had some combing. One stand alone unit has problems with both audio and video, my other just audio. Anyone have any ideas? Is it possible that frame indexing or chapter indexing could have anything to do with this?
