Why does it seem that BeSweet seems to have "moods" when it comes to encoding? (just about anything too)
This had happened three times now:
Once I was able to encode MP2 audio, next day (with no settings changed) BeSweet just doesn't want to!
This happened again with AC3 audio, except vice versa.
and yet again with Ogg 5.1, as it was encoding once, stopped encoding another day, and suddenly wants to encode again.
What the hell?

What the hell? You can't expect any help with that kind of a question. We'll need some more information such as comparative logfiles to diagnose your problem. BeSweet is a powerful program with numerous options, and there are many variables that can affect your success. Are you using the GUI?
