i have a dvd its a PHILLIPS_DVD_VR.It has a movie on it nmade up of two files the normail VIDEO_TS file and VIDEO_RM .Not having ever seen this before I wonder if anyone can enlighten me to the difference of this from most other formats.

I believe the RM indicates the disc was created on a standalone DVD-RAM recorder.
