Welcome to Doom9's forum:
DVD Shrink is user friendly, is supported by excellent guides, and is a popular choice for first timers. From the forum's home page, you can find all the links you'll need.
It's important to give your thread a good title, you can do this easily using the "Edit" button in the first post to this thread. Good luck!

Check out this thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=47902&highlight=error+424) on the IFoUpdate problem. In this case, the solution seemed to work.
Which strategy did you use to backup "Bad Boys"?
It's always nice to post your solution/s, and generally a good idea to post a separate thread on a new issue. I've edited the title of this thread to reflect the content, so please take the time to let us know what you find.

Again, you have revived a thread that belongs in the Jurassic Period.
And again, your profanity is against forum rules. Last warning.
