pop up of Divx 5.11

Ciao everybody! I hope I'm not asking something for which there has already been an answer (the search fonction didn't find a lot on this...). When performing the multi-pass video encoding option, I got everytime this annoying pop-up of Divx asking me if I want to upgrade to 5.11 Pro (I have the 5.11 free installed). How can I take it away definitely? By modifing something in the Registry (WIN 2000)? You see, everytime I launch GK I have to remain close to the PC in order to take away the pop-up advertisment if I want to continue to convert the DVD into an Avi/Divx (this happens anytime there is a new step starting in GK).
