ffdshow/vfw 1 pass quality and bframe multiplier

Sorry for double post (I posted in ffdshow thread, but it's too long and too discussed, so my question has been ignored)...
Anyway, is there a way to do a 1 pass qquality / quantizer encoding not ignoring I/bframe qfactor/qoffset?
In some old build it was possible but in latest it seems ti's not possible...

From my limited experience with 1-pass constant-quant in ffvfw in previous versions all I-frames got a q=31 no matter what! 2-pass 1st pass worked right for q=2 though... :confused: And I don't think it has been fixed. Also b-frames have always been buggy and still are at least for me. In old builds you could enter different values for b-frame qfactor/qoffset but they had no effect on the encoded video. So I could only suggest you don't use them...
