I used to know, but I can't remember now. How do you put the "Ripped/Encoded by <name>" At the start of a DVD on the top left hand or top right hand corner with fancy effects?

Here's a thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=72067) where we discussed this earlier. There is more than one solution, and apparently the author found the satisfactory one.
