I'm testing new website http://www.autogk.net/ which will hold all downloads, FAQs, tutorials as well as occasional surveys I might have. Give it a got - I'm planning to remove download links from this forum soon (as they are working from download section of autogk.net)

AutoGK has a new logo now, but I'm struggling to make it as a transparent icon for the program itself (I did manage to produce an icon but Delphi doesn't like it for some reasons). Does anyone wanna try to produce 32x32 transparent icon from the logo I have on the website ? Cheers.

actually, nevermind. I managed to get icon working, but it doesn't look as good as current one, so logo will change, but icon won't :)

Use the EDIT button! eh eh joking :)
However i tried producing a nice looking icon from your source but at that res (32x32) it looks really UGLY.

You know what's the problem? Lack of different colors - current icon has three distinct one, but new one sort of one gamma image. So it looks nice as a full scale logo, but not icon...

It lacks contrast.
Using the same color its not a problem. Maybe a harder shading will be more visible at 32x32.
EDIT: Try resizing this one: http://ebola.gamersrevolt.it/logo_agk.gif

much better, but unfortunately you left lots of white spots around knot when you were using magic wand I suppose (for making transparent background). If you can get non-transparent image back to me I can cut of the edges myself (or you can try doing that youeself by using tolerance of 28 in photoshop)

I produced an icon from it and put it in the App already. Not quite good, but will see...

Uhm... metallic blue doesnt look good at all with standard windows xp style.
The knot perspective and the reflections are also confusing the whole image.
