Scenarist error

I use dvd2svcd to burn dvd-r with scenarist. I don't have any problems with other dvd's, but when backing up Finding Nemo scenarist gives error message "scene duration shall be more than 0.4 second". It does start multiplexing but at about 30% the microsoft box pops up that scenarist app has encountered error and must closed. I have tried to run scenarist directly using the script dvd2svcd created but same thing always happens. It works fine on other dvd's. What does the error message mean? Maybe I could try another authoring software? Thanks
