I have looked so far through this forum for my answer and have found things that should fix my problem but do not. I may have missed the point but any help would be great. I have a DVD-ROM drive & a DVD-RW.
I am using the following software:
DVD Decrypter V3.1.6.0
DVD Shrink 2.3
IfoEdit V0.96
Nero V6.0.0.0

I have tried the following options. I have tried decrypting one episode into a folder and then DVD shrink from one disk and one folder that the movie was decrypted to. That went to half way and came up with an unknown error. I have tried two instances of DVD shrink and tried draging the episode from the disk under the re-author window again half way. Ihave tried to decrypt both episodes to the same and seperate folders and using it that way. I have tried to rename VOB files to the next number up and that only burnt the first episode. Nenamed the Video and Vts files with no luck, to get them in the same folder for burning. I think the answer is to get only one Video and Vts file for the two episodes, but cannot seem to find the answer. I would like to be able to do this with DVD shrink as IfoEdit takes twice as long to do the same tasks. Please help and thanks in advance.

hi poolhall and welcome to the forums!

i believe that what you are trying to do is easily achieved with DVDshrink in re-author mode, although you may want to upgrade to the latest version (3.1.7.6 iirc).
there are some exellent guides written by ddlooping in 'wink' that can help you out - in particular, this guide might be the most relevant:
http://www.dvdshrink.info/compilation.php

hope that helps

Thnks J it must have been the older version of DVD shrink. That fixed the problem. This is a great forum! Again thanks.

:goodpost: (And, good thread, I might add!) Very nice! This thread started with a descriptive title, was followed by a concise question, received a prompt, insightful response, and has the appropriate feedback on the results. This is how it's supposed to work! :)

Anyone that's new to forum netiquette could gain a foot up by paying attention to what took place within this short thread. You might even run a search on "trouble ticket" and see what ole DDogg has to say on the subject.
