Newest FFDShow releases?

Hey,

This puzzles me, I've been seeing more and more FFDShow releases on betanews.com but when I go to the project's page on SourceForge I see a very early alpha build!

Are these non-official builds?

I guess you can say that ;)
The new ones have no longer the B-frames > 1 + packed bitstream problem (at least I didn't notice it), but many people have seen some colorful artifacts on DivX movies (any version of the DivX codec). So if you're happy with the 23.05.2003 ffdshow version, stick with it :D
