I have a bunch of concert dvds I've accumulated and not burned because they have basically no menus. I just want to add a simple menu and the correct chapter marks. Now, how I've been doing this is ripping the m2v and audio from the dvd, loading them into DVD Maestro and finishing it in there. This is very time consuming. Is there an easier/quicker way to do this? All I want is to add/change the menu and most of the time change the chapter marks.

Thanks

Try TMPGEnc DVD Author, which can handle both ripped DVDs and separate MPEG files. It's very easy and reliable, but there are some limitations: you can have only one audio track, and you lose all original menus. However, you can easily create you own menu template there and apply it to all your DVDs. It supports motion menus, too.

or, use DVDLab which allows you to use vob files as is (no need to demux), this will speed things up.
.
Just import your vobs (as is) put in your chapter points (manually or auto) and make your menus. Lab has a 30day trial, but only supports 1 audio file per disc. (you might need to join all vobs first, not really sure)
.
Also, Uleads MovieFactory 3(extremely easy to use) will let you import dvd and make menus and add chapter points. (also has trial, but the trial doesn't support ac3)
