VBR_Bias & Quality_Prec

Hi everybody,

Is anyone able to explain me what are these settings and how to use them ? Because I'm newbie in CCE and these settings are modifiable in DVDRB. I would like to use them as well as possible. Thx.

Since this thread, I have adjusted the bias, and found that settings 0 to 30 are appropriate. 0 gives constant quantization (bitrate swing not constrained); increasing beyond that constrains how much the bitrate changes. Have a read of the CCE manual. Which you decide to use depends upon your preferences, so do some tests.
