DVD+r burn fine, I want to burn with DVD-R using Nero. Can I support it? Is a fix or patch out there? Any help fine.

This burner supports only DVD+R/RW. There is a firmware patch (http://tdb.rpc1.org/#ND2100A) that converts it to ND2500A and allows to burn DVD-R/RW.

Just in case you don't have experience with firmware patching, keep in mind that you can easily damage the burner permanently and void the warranty.
