Vegas Video 4.0e

Hello all,

I'm having a problem with Vegas Video 4.0e. When I open up a VOB file, I can't hear the audio. I've tried everything I can think of and can't seem to make it work. I have the same problem with TMPGENC.

instead of asking for personal assistance, please describe your problem in detail aswell as the 'everything' you tried! please remember this is not a support forum, but a forum where users exchange their knownledge as their hobby. Sorry..I just said to email because I don't have time to check the forum very often.

The problem is quite simply that I cannot hear the audio. It's not the speakers or anyhthing like that. I tired the mute button and it's not that either. The program reads that there is an audio track but it just cannot be heard.

Have you installed an AC3 Filter? (http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Filters/ac3filter_0_70b.exe)

Tried the AC3 filter and it didn't work. Anyone have any other suggestions??

I also am not able to hear the audio when I use TMPGENC DVD Author.
