If it is flash 5 or older you can use the quicktime VFAPI plugin.

Don't know if this is appropriate but Swish2 reads and creates swf files and it can output standard avi files of its movies. If Studio can accept them I am sure that avisynth can use them too. Sure can make some cool clips with Swish and it is much easier to use than Flash.
