Hi

is there a solution that GK supports others subtitles files like .srt, .ssa, etc... ?

Because VobSub is great to manage subtitles and convert them
Also works with VDubMod

But GK only supports idx+sub files :(

is there a way (future) that GK will support others subtitles files ? like Auto-Dub ?

except that, GK works perfectly :)

Hi-

I don't know whether or not GKnot will support adding external subs into the .avs, but it's pretty easy for you to edit the .avs to do it yourself. But you have to first make sure that you installed the TextSub Plugin to VobSub. It is not installed by default. If you're not sure you have it, then reinstall VobSub, and check the box to get it. Then, just load the VSFilter, as you would when adding VobSubs to the .avs, and then add something similar to this to the .avs:

TextSub("Path:\To\Movie\MovieName.ssa")

It works for either SSA or SRT formatted subtitles.

Yeah sure

i forgot to reply here to said i have found how to add subtitle like .srt

i have taken VobSub's TextSub.dll to paste it in my GK dir and to use this filter
in fact this is very easy to edit the AVS :p

But that would be more easy (for newbies) to implement a default setting in GK :D

Now i can consider GK is the best rip pack :p
