CCE Encoding Error

Has anyone ever gotten the following error? If so, what does it mean?

cce encoding failed: OPV VBV ovf fram# 489 (00:00:16:09) I 61184 max 59629.03 rel 1554.97 1.03 qsv 14.25->14.25

I was using DoItFast4U/BatchCCEWS to batch encode and this error came up upon starting with the first thing in the encode list.

Any help would be appreciated!
