3DS Max 6 tutorials?

I wanted to get into 3D modelling.......

I've seen tutorials for "newbies" but the reason they aren't helpful are because they expect you to atleast know where to start..

And that's my question:

Are there any tutorials for people JUST starting 3DS? The built in tutorials aren't even appearing for some reason! :mad:

That's strange.
Anyway, the tutorial files are in the other CD's (CD 2 or CD 3), you just need to copy them to your 3DSMax directory, into the tutorial subfolder. That is if you haven't done that already, if you did, I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't show up.

aaah, i haven't used max for ages.
