Sadly, Mediatek do not release tech specs for general consumption as they very closely guard their secrets (not surprising, given their recent run ins with ESS).

mhhh... thx fo the info...

but i found out that i just have to flash the eeprom on the board and not the MT1369 itself.

where can i find out how to build a flash interface? what software do i need?

The EEPROM is, more than likely, soldered in to the processor board, is it not ? Not quite sure how (or indeed why you would want to) flash the EEPROM ? What are you intending to flash it with ?

Probably best to ask the question over at the Yahoo group suggested above - they're the technical people :D
