DVD burns have faded colour

Using Tmpgenc/Tmpgenc Author/NEC 1300A dvd/Nero6/Datawrite Classic dvd/Radeon 9200SE graphics:-

Although the colours are fine at all stages of processing, when I burn the dvd the colours are very weak. Any ideas plz??
