I/O Error When Using DVD Shrink, AutoShinkISO, & Decrypter...

I have made several DVD backups using DVD Shrink, AutoShinkISO, & DVD Decrypter...I have tried to make some backups of my backups and when I get to the end of the image creation in DVD Decrypter I get an I/O error everytime...wehy is it that I cannot make an successful image of my backups...they all play fine in my dvd-rom and standalone players, but when making a copy of them I get a read error everytime...Please help!

Seems to be my media...I found that if I burn to a good quality disc like memorex, tdk, etc...I have no problems reading the disc to an image, but if I use a Matrix Digitla 1-4X...I cannot read the disc, but both play fine??? Strange...
