full inbox messages

i have 7 messages in my inbox messages after delete
the olds but in the main page of the forum is wrote:

"jorel - You have 1 new message(s) since your last visit.
(You have 0 unread messages and 101 total messages in all your folders.)"

:confused:
how can i free this space?

There's also a Sent Messages folder.

was the send message folder... now is empty!
