Plays On Pc Not On Dvd Player

Can anyone explain to me why my dvd backup disks play fine on my pc but get stuck on a certain chapters on my dvd player?

r the chapters random or always the same?

what brand of dvd-r u have used to write the files and pls describe the procedure that u followed.

PC dvd players and drives r more forgiving than standalones.

i use bulkpaq orange 4x -r and burn with nero usually on 2x speed. i use tmpge author and let that insert the chapters every 15 mins

As a first step I would recommend changing the media to one of a better quality. Ritek dye is known for its quality and stability among the members of this community.

As for the procedure I couldn't find any flaws that would justify any errors, especially if you followed it to the letter.

I would try a dash media DVD-R, if your burner can record to that format.

If it can not record dash, then get yourself a new dvd player.

A nice budget unit is the apex.

definetely not the ref:81, with the Princo dye.

Instead I would go for the ref:5 with Ritek..G04 info. Very good price too.
