Nero Error Message!!!???

When attempting to burn a dvd compilation with nero i get the following message:

DVD Video files relocation failed. The resulting dvd might be unplayable. Do you want to continue?

In the nero time and event box at the top it says:

DVD Video File Relocation Started
File 'VIDEO_TS.VOB' is not referenced and should not be present
DVD Video Files Relocation Failed

I have checked with some of my other dvd's and the VIDEO_TS.VOB file is there on each of them?

Can anyone help me as to why this may be happening?

Remove VIDEO_TS.VOB, check with a software player that the DVD plays fine, and then burn. VIDEO_TS.VOB does not have to be present. It contains Title Menu and Video Manager (VMG). For example, you won't have this file if you made a backup of the main movie only, or if you authored a DVD without Title menu.
