Hello,

This might be a stupid question, but I was wondering whether or not there is any way to resize a video captured from satellite (the one I'm working on happens to be 640x480, but I have several others that are 544x480) to standard NTSC DVD resolution (720x480) without having a horizontally stretched output. Obviously a resize alone just makes everything in the image fatter....is there any way around this?

Thanks,

Fullasoul

Why you want it? If playback with DVD player, it will be correct displayed.

You may want to take a look at SimpleResize / WarpResize.

Last August I moved, and am no longer a subscriber to Comcast so while the material may still be out there for awhile it might not be up to date. So use www.trbarry.com which is redirected as I change hosting sites. Since I just moved from Michigan to Jacksonville FL the base site will likely change again soon.
