Pardon me if this is in the wrong forum...
I have a still image that I would like to apply basic animation to (i.e. Rotate, Twirl, and/or move) and turn into a video file suitable for using as a First Play item in authored DVD's. Any suggestions from the experts as to how I might do this and with what somewhat simple tool?
