Helloooo

i've at home a dvdplayer that can also playback SVCD's and VCD's and i've played already some SVCD's i downloaded so it works.

But the SVCD's i'm making myself now he don't play back :(

beceause i'm not capable of making filesizes with DVD2SVCD that i can put directly on CD i resize them with mpeg-vcr

you can find it here (http://www.mpegvideowizard.com/vcr/mpeg2vcr.exe)
you'll need a serial wich you get from www.womble.com

Anyway to my point i explicit selected the option SVCD-mpg file
i burned the mpg-file directly on CD without any folders
and my player can't play it...

What did i do wrong ? do i have to use a special utility to burn it on CD or is there something wrong with my video file ?

any help would be deeply appriciated

hi

aye the joys of encoding etc lol, to get the mpg to play back u need to use something like nero, start up a svcd project and then insert the mpg, nero will then analsye the mpg, if mpg is ok then just burn. nero creates all the needed folders etc
