Fraps video flickers

I recorded a game video and I frameserved it to avisynth. However the there is a lot of flickering the frameserved file.

Flickering is someout like this:
frame 1,
frame 2~3 black screen
frame 4
frame 5,6 black screen
frame 7,8
frame 9~12 black screen

I cant use SelectEvery because the whole flickering thing is randomised

Heres the command I used in the avs file

AviSource("clip.avi")


Is there anything I am missing

I searched the forum for frap related problems and I couldnt find anything

I get the same when I frameserve with the FRAPS codec, I've only gotten around it by converting the AVI to Huffyuv and then frameserving.
