mux elementary streams to pva

Does anybody know a tool for the task? I'm trying to kick out PVACut from the DVB->SVCD guide as I'm really not happy with it. MPEG2Schnitt would be so much better, but its input and output must be elementary streams, and DVD2SVCD can only handle PVA streams.

You can do it with PVAStrumento, just press the button "make pva".
Alternatively there is a tool called mpg2pva, but I don't remember any official link where to get it.

ronnylov, the programs you mentioned convert program streams to PVA, not elementary streams.

You can multiplex elementary streams to program streams with bbmpeg or tmpgenc and then convert the program streams to pva with the programs I mentioned. But I agree that it would be easier if we could multiplex elementary streams directly to pva.
