I figured projectX could do that since you can add multiple source files and set the action to output to a specific format. However, I've tried this a couple of times ow without any success.. I just got a copy of the last source file I have added. So I'm wondering, has anybody managed to use ProjectX to say, take an m2v and mp2 and mux it to a pva? DVD2SVCD wants PVA input, and while it is possible to cut on a PVA level using PVACut, going through MPEG2Schnitt still seems the better option, but requires muxing back to PVA after cutting.
