While not in the list below, there have been changes made to the way the standard open dialog filters extensions. There is a big in every version of windows as to how this is handled and the bug-bypassing code needs testing, so let me know if anything "weird" shows up.

Changes since v4.00 beta 1:

* The Professional version of Zoom Player can now automatically
extract and play any Archive Format (default presets for
7Z,ARJ,BZ2,CAB,RAR and ZIP using the freely available 7-Zip
extraction suite). You can configure your own extractors
under "Options / Values / Other", but I recommend grabbing
7-Zip at www.7-zip.org as it's free and fast.
This new feature can also be used to extract AlbumWrap MP3 files
using the freeware "mp3splt.exe" tool from "http://mp3splt.sf.net".

* New Setting (Advanced Options / Settings / Playback), allowing
the Media Definition File (a file containing information on the
file being played such as color values, volume, balance, etc...)
to be saved automatically (default:off).

* New "/EJECT:[n]" command line parameter allowing you to eject
a CD/DVD drive from the command line. Example:
"x:\path\to\zplayer.exe" /EJECT:F

* Zoom Player can now play UTF8 encoded M3U play lists.

+ The screenshot function will now save the screenshot to the
"My Documents" folder if no alternative folder is specified.

+ DVD Auto-AR values are now applied only once each time the
Aspect Ratio mode changes instead of every chapter.

- Wrong date encoding error could pop when opening files with
no creation dates (could happen with some VCD/SVCD images).

- Possible crash when trying to load a media file from the
command line without specifying a path to the file.

- Dragging the Zoom Player window across monitors or changing
resolution should no longer reset the VMR9 color control values.

- Dragging the Zoom Player window across monitors or changing
resolution should no longer reset the Overlay color control values.

- Switching between Audio-Bar mode and Media Mode now maintains
the size of the audio bar.

- The /Q parameter now works when used in combination with the
scene-cut end playback event.

- Changing the Customized Media Mode Splitter twice would throw
an error about the file being in use.

- v4.00 beta 1 completely screwed up language file selection.

- Media by Extension mode got broken.

- "SetOPMWReversed" wasn't exported properly for translation.

- The /F:[n] parameter when used while Zoom Player is already
running wasn't passing the monitor value properly.

- Possible "Insert Disc in Drive" dialog opening inappropriately
when opening an ejected DVD drive.

I don't suppose we could see full MKV subtitle track name support in the future?

It's kinda frustrating to see it supported in TCMP but no other player.

I've been having problems with Xvid AVIs not playing-back except with Compatibility Renderer enabled in the codec. This problem started with Xvid RC3. I've now tested the latest RC4 and the ZP 4.00b2 and it's still happening. I tested these same video-files in Media Player Classic (MPC) 6.4.8.0 and 6.4.8.2 and they played fine either with or without Xvid's Compatibility setting. I also tried every Output option in MPC (exiting the program and reloading just to be sure the change had taken effect) and I wasn't able to find a mode that didn't playback correctly.
