newbie question, sound decoding

Hi!
I just reinstalled my computer, and after that I have som problems
when i watch movies. I have problems with the sound.
In some movies it seems to be twice as fast as the picture.
It sounds like donald duck when they speak : )
I guees it some audiofilter that I haven´t installed correctly?
Please, help me!

We'll need more information about the type of audio and what player/filters you're using for playback. Moved to software players.
