Interactual DVD Player and DVD+RW's/DVD+R's

When I put in my DVD+RW's or DVD+R's of movies, the audio of the movie automatically starts playing. I then try to start the movie with Interactual DVD player, but it tells me there is a "video subsyetem error". I have tried turning off autoplay so that the sound would not start, but it did not do anything. I am thinking the interactual player will not start because the sound has started from the DVD. It might help to know that when I put in an original DVD the interactual player pops up, but does not start and wait for me to push play.

Interactual Player 2.0
Memorex DVD+RW/DVD+R
Nero
