What is the difference between Highest Quality very slow and Motion estimate search fast?
Are there any differences in quality I have noticed big difference in encoding times but not sure if any think else like the quality can some one explain pls thx heaps:)

if its an important video i set it to high quality, but normal is fine and i dont notice the difference either.

techz how long does it take you to encode 49-min 72000 frames at high quality? takes me around 2.5h whit a 2.4C HT @ at 3.4g which I found slow because my Amd rig at 2.3g can do it a bit faster what could be wrong here anyway looking forward to your answer

Well input is from a DVD what I save to my HARD DRIVE and then inbto mpeg whit always audio file around the 1g file in DVD 2 AVI hope it helps :rolleyes: :)
