Seems so. I was testing out lots of my previous XviD and AC3 encodes and they all playback flawlessly. I don't think it's high bitrate at all. I tried my 3 CD backup of The Two Towers and it plays great. But if I play a certain recent encode of a movie by Brutus (wink) it jerks all over. Same goes for another recent XviD by Diamond.
GMC and QPEL are off. B-Vop is on. Don't know how to tell about packed stream etc.
Is there also any way to tell which XviD build was used for an encode?
Going to send an email to Elta asking if the next firmware will fix the issues of XviD playback.
