can someone please link me to a guide that teach how to transfer a avi to svcd using tmpgenc ?
im sorry i post this request i just cant find the right guide. i did a search but didnt find it.

please be kind and link a noob like me to the desire guide.

ok so i work according to this guide , i left the pc and when i return there were this message from the program tmpgenc which says :

Cannot Connect
InterConnect=0
ok

and of course i have to press ok .

i dont know when exactly during the proccess this message poped up
but i did saw a window of msdos prompt (which i think was ok - there were numbers counting , and the window closed by itself) and this message was made by the tmpgenc program so the problem is probebly there .
