illegal decimal point????

Hi, Tryin to rip movie with subtitles, everything works fine till I get to TMPGEnc, then it encodes to about 20% & I get error message"floating illegal decimal point"??? the program the stops working, What the heck does that mean? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi there, welcome to the forum.

This isn't an error I've ever seen, and to track possible causes would require far more info than you have been kind enough to supply us with.

Please read the stickies, and especially the first time poster's guide linked from the bottom of the forum rules (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm) page.

The more info we have to go on, the more this forum's knowledgeable members will be able to help.
