hi all, I wanted to know if it s okay to use the very last codec of XVID with Gordian Knot. What is the lastest version of Gordian Knot and is it perfectly ok to use the lastest XVID codec (no problem of respecting the file size ? etc) Is it better to stay with the xvid before the xvid 1.0? ( I dont have any problem with that one)

thanks to help me

Hi-

No, you shouldn't do your XviD 1.0 encoding through GKnot. You can use GKnot to set up the .avs, and get the filesize, but you should encode directly in VDubMod if you want to use XviD 1.0. Once there's an XviD 1.0 Final, then you should see both GKnot and AutoGK offer support for it soon after.
