fast movement ghost

Hello all,
I have a tricky problem.
I did an analog capture (PAL) from TV using VirtualDubMod. I used MJPEG compressor with quality 19 to save the file to disk. When I captured it I did a mistake not knowing that this setting would produce a kind of ghosting in faster moving scenes (turn head, walk, etc). Well I enabled the standard noise reduction. Now I'm trying to get rid of this effect.
To make the problem understandable I inserted a snapshot. If you look right hand of the left person, you will see what I mean.

I already tried with VirtualDubMod-filters, but no luck. As far as I know, you can do some more tricks with AviSynth (I have version 2.5.4.).
Things I tried out with AviSynth didn't work yet.
Can somebody give me a recommendation?

Nice to see you again scharfis_brain,
and yes, I remember this too, but not everybody here is visiting the gleitz-forrum, and vice-versa. Maybe someone has an idea.
Eg.: I have read that with Avisynth you can load more than 1 clip at once and use one to mask the other or something similar (think it was something like this) in order to correct some errors, and since I already have captured the broadcasting as it was emitted first, I was thinking about using the other one as a sample to this one. The problem with the first capture is, that colors are distorted/overblended in bright scenes because I first had my Scart connected to my VCR, which produces the effect, and I don't know why. Now my capture card is connected to the TV set, and this is OK. Now I have one capture where movement is OK, but colors are not, and another one where colors are OK, and the movement is not.
This is just an idea, but I don't even know if this would work, or even where to start beginning to test.
I'm not expecting an on-the-fly solution nor a simple solution, I know this is a heavy problem, but I just started with AviSynth and I don't know where to start looking for a solution.
To tell you the truth, I have more than only this capture affected by this problem. This started when I started using MJPEG to capture, before I directly used XVID, which produced acceptable captures, and after editing them also avis had acceptable quality. I did this because space was limited on my HD, but now I have a little more. I'm now using Huffyuv, this one is really a good one to get the most quality in the raw capture.
I just tested MJPEG a few times the last 3 weeks, and know I know this one is not the right one, at least for me.
Well, enough for now.

If somebody has an idea I would be happy if he would share it with me.

without knowing them, it is hard to give hints.

OK,
but the older one is already sized down to fit on a cd, and I deleted the original raw material for it. The older one has been bradcasted about a year ago, or longer.
I'll post a sample scene, the older one just using direct stream copy (it was compressed with XVID before), and the other one using the raw material I have that is compressed with MJPEG using direct stream copy for the video and compressing Audio to mp3.
I only need to ask afriend if I could use his web space, and I'll post the links.
Is that OK for you?

Hello again scharfis_brain,
I just checked the cd with the old capture, looked for the same schene, and what should I say, I found the same effect on this one too. This must have happened when I postprocessed the capture. Would it be useful for you if I just offer you the clip from the actual material?
The idea of using the old material as a sample to the new one just died.
