error read only 0 bytes

Hi, I have a problem with CCE
1 add my movie
2 press encode
3 error " READ ONLY 0 BYTES ,WHILE EXPECYING 8 BYTES
SOMEBOdY could help me ,!!!
Is anything wihth the log file ,or something ?
