How do I keep seamless branching?

I first tried DVDFab but you have to select either PGC. You cannot have both together and select which version to play on playback?

I then tried IFOedit and it does not show the seamless branching option at all even though the movie uses seamless branching and anyhow I do not wish to choose either version I want them both on the backup and be able to select either version.

As far as I know, seamless-branching is usually obtained by reading the main titleset, than "branching" to another titleset (or title) to play the different video clip, than back to the main titleset.
This is accomplished by the navigation files (IFOs), not the video-object files (VOBs).

So my guess would be you need to do a full-disk backup to retain seamless branching.

are you trying to keep the whole DVD or movie only?

ddlooping is right as you would probably need the full backup if it refers to other titlesets
