3.1.6 released 2/23/04
Version 3.1.6 - 23 Feb 2004
---------------------------
Fixed bug which caused occasional skipping/freezing of output
DVD during playback on some players.
Fixed bug which caused non-display of menu buttons in some
output DVDs.
Fixed ripping from Pioneer 120S drives.
Added support to change drive region of RPC2 drives in case of
region mismatch with disc.
Set the read-speed of DVD drive to maximum before analysis and
encoding (few drives support this function).
Look for a post in this thread about a newer beta (some typo in the 3.1.6 release code).

All right! I should try v3.1.6b7 on the movie Groundhog Day. Love the movie, love the ending, love the tool. Thank you, dvdshrink. :D

geffroman, as I already told you (in one of the deleted posts), I gave dvdshrink full ftp access to dvdshrink.info.
He can upload whatever he wants, whenever he wants.
This includes beta versions, images, etc etc.
Just in case you also missed this, I made dvdshrink a couple of mail boxes, hence his address @dvdshrink.info.
You can keep using the "Superman/Clark Kent" reference if you like, but I'd rather you refer to dvdshrink and I as Batman and Robin. :D
mrbass deleted the posts because I was using some colorful language aimed towards you.
I wish I could repeat it to remind you, but that would only get my posts deleted again. ;)

Nice one. :D
"You know maybe I should send you my autographed photo of Robin in his little green tights...".
Why? Do you think I'll find it as exciting as you do? :)
I wouldn't want it if it was all sticky. ;)

@geffroman:
I would really like to understand what your point is.
I think you have received honest and complete answers to your questions.

this is definitely fresh but funny so I'll be the Joker :D
the sooner Shrink releases 3.1.7b1 the better ;)
even if they were the same person (which they ain't), truthfully does anyone really care?
we still have DVDShrink 3.1.6 Final at the end of it all and even more thanks would go to him (or could it be her?!??!?!, oh no, more conspiracy!) for all the great guides and support here, at dvdrhelp and of course at the DVDShrink forums
so when DVDShrink disappears I'm sure Dee-Dee could move onto other things to devote his skills and knowledge to :more pats all round:
:)
p.s. it's nice to see a bit humour in here ;)
